These Terms of Service apply to the aigocode.com website, apps, APIs, developer tools, subscription plans, prepaid quota, and related services under the AIGoCode brand. AIGoCode is a brand name used for this service. The actual billing entity will appear on your invoice or payment receipt. By registering, visiting, purchasing, creating an API key, or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Usage Policy, and the Refund Policy.
The Chinese version of these terms is legally binding. This English translation is provided for convenience only.
1. The service#
AIGoCode provides AI software and digital services for developers and creators, including web apps, API calls, model access, subscription plans, prepaid usage quota, workbench features, documentation, support, and related functions. Specific features, models, prices, plans, multipliers, quota, refill rules, rate limits, and scope are as shown on product pages, the console, announcements, or order pages.
AIGoCode is not an official service, agent, reseller, or representative of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Gemini, Claude, or other model providers unless we say so in writing. Third-party names, trademarks, model names, and service names belong to their owners.
2. Accounts and eligibility#
You must be able to enter a valid contract and must provide true, accurate, and complete information when you register, buy, and use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including logins, API-key use, quota consumption, orders, refund requests, referral rewards, and support conversations. You may not impersonate others, share an account, sell an account, or otherwise evade platform rules.
3. Availability and access limits#
AIGoCode provides commercial API access only in countries, regions, or jurisdictions that the current system supports. Availability may change based on law, partner requirements, upstream model-provider policy, cloud-provider policy, payment-provider rules, network conditions, risk controls, security needs, and operations.
Whether you can register, purchase, top up, create an API key, call the API, or use other features is determined by the product page, account console, payment page, API response, risk decision, or support confirmation.
This service does not provide registration, purchase, top-up, subscription, API-key creation, API calls, model access, or other commercial API services to users located in mainland China. If you are in mainland China, or if local law, regulation, platform rules, payment-provider rules, model-provider policy, cloud-provider policy, or other applicable rules prohibit or limit your use, you may not register, purchase, access, or use the service.
By registering, accessing, purchasing, or using the service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are not currently located in mainland China or another restricted region;
- you are eligible under the laws of your location to use the service;
- your use will not violate applicable law, third-party terms, model-provider policy, payment-provider rules, or platform rules;
- you will not use proxies, false information, technical evasion, or other methods to bypass regional limits, risk controls, or service-region requirements.
In some cases, users from unsupported regions may still access limited account features such as viewing orders, viewing balance, reading terms, viewing announcements, or submitting tickets. That limited access does not mean AIGoCode offers commercial API service in that region, and it does not mean those users may purchase, subscribe, create API keys, or call the API.
4. API keys and account security#
- Keep your password, login sessions, API keys, payment credentials, and other access credentials safe;
- Do not publish, share, resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise give API keys to third parties;
- Rotate any API key that may have leaked, and you are responsible for calls, consumption, loss, or policy violations caused by leaked credentials;
- If we reasonably believe an account or API key is leaked, abused, making unusual calls, attacking, or violating policy, we may limit, suspend, revoke, or reset that access.
5. Third-party services and upstream changes#
Some capabilities depend on third-party AI/API providers, cloud providers, databases, email, support, risk, security, analytics, and payment processors. Upstream models, APIs, regions, prices, quota, performance, output quality, content filters, availability, or terms may change. We may adjust, replace, pause, or stop specific models, features, integrations, plans, or prices as a result.
6. Usage rules#
You must follow the Usage Policy and agree not to:
- use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- attack, scan, stress-test, interfere with, bypass, reverse engineer, or damage this service, upstream services, or third-party systems;
- bypass rate limits, regional limits, security measures, paid limits, content filters, or access controls;
- generate, upload, submit, or spread content that infringes others' rights or violates law or platform policy;
- abuse payments, make bad-faith chargebacks, submit false refunds, cheat invite codes, farm rewards, or otherwise abuse the platform;
- resell, rent, sublicense, aggregate, proxy, or publicly provide the service without authorization.
- without AIGoCode's prior written permission, package the service as a downstream API, aggregation, forwarding, or competing service for third parties.
7. Points, billing, and subscriptions#
- Paid services may be offered as recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, prepaid quota, points, credits, or other digital entitlements;
- Points, credits, and similar units are only for consumption inside this service. They are not cash, stored-value cards, e-money, or withdrawable assets;
- Plans, multipliers, quota, weekly refill, promotional rewards, campaign rewards, and validity are as shown on product pages, the console, order pages, or campaign rules;
- Unless you cancel before the next billing date, a subscription may renew automatically; cancellation usually takes effect after the current paid period ends;
- Prices, taxes, promotions, model costs, conversion rates, plan availability, and service scope may change from time to time.
8. Payments#
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and those providers to charge fees according to the order, subscription, or campaign rules. You must use a valid payment method that you are allowed to use. If a payment fails, is charged back, is disputed, or is flagged as high risk, we may pause or limit the related account, order, quota, API key, or access.
9. Refunds#
Refunds for digital services, subscriptions, API quota, credits, points, and other prepaid entitlements follow the Refund Policy. Except where law requires otherwise or the refund policy clearly allows it, services that have already started, already been consumed, been partly consumed, or been limited because you violated policy are generally not refundable.
10. Rate limits, fair use, and stability#
To protect stability, cost control, upstream quota, other users, and platform security, we may set, change, or enforce rate limits, concurrency limits, model limits, quota limits, risk limits, queues, request filters, or output filters. Limited account access does not mean the full service is available.
11. Inputs, outputs, and AI disclaimer#
You must ensure that text, code, files, prompts, links, context, and other inputs you send do not violate law, third-party rights, or platform policy. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, offensive, or unfit for your purpose. You must review, verify, test, and use outputs lawfully. Legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, housing, education assessment, journalism, and other high-risk uses must be reviewed by qualified people, and you should disclose AI involvement to end users when needed.
12. Data and logs#
We handle account information, usage metadata, orders, risk logs, technical logs, support materials, and terms-acceptance records as described in the Privacy Policy. To reduce privacy risk, we do not by default keep complete prompts or completions as long-term business records. Content you send to support, email, or tickets may be used for support, troubleshooting, risk control, and dispute handling.
13. Suspension and termination#
If we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms or related policies, non-payment, fraud, a chargeback, a credential leak, unusual calls, a security risk, an upstream requirement, a legal risk, a service-region mismatch, or platform abuse, we may limit, suspend, or terminate the account or access, block or filter requests and outputs, revoke rewards, cancel campaign benefits, refuse a refund, or take other necessary steps.
14. Service changes#
We may add, change, retire, replace, or pause features, models, APIs, interfaces, docs, prices, plans, quota, available regions, access rules, or support channels. For material changes we will try to explain them on product pages, in announcements, by email, or in-product.
15. Intellectual property#
Except for input and output content in which you have lawful rights, we and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, code, interfaces, brand, documentation, model-access orchestration, product design, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission, except where applicable law clearly allows it.
16. Disclaimer#
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, or fit for your particular purpose, or that any specific model, price, region, API, quota, output quality, or third-party service will remain available.
17. Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, replacement-service cost, quota consumption, upstream outages, or payment-dispute losses arising from or related to the service. Our total liability to you in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
18. Indemnity#
If your inputs, outputs, account use, API-key leak, or violation of these terms or related policies causes a third-party claim, regulatory investigation, loss, cost, or liability, you agree, to the extent allowed by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, employees, providers, and partners.
19. Updates to these terms#
We may update these terms and related policies from time to time. Continuing to access or use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. For important updates we may ask you to confirm again before you continue.
