This Privacy Policy applies to the AIGoCode website and related services. AIGoCode is a brand name used for this service. The actual billing entity will appear on your invoice or payment receipt. This page explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit aigocode.com, create an account, buy a subscription or credits, or use the software.
The Chinese version of this policy is legally binding. This English translation is provided for convenience only.
1. Information we collect#
- Account information: name, email address, login method, account identifiers, avatar, nickname, account preferences, and authentication status.
- Billing and transaction information: subscription plan, order history, invoice details, payment status, refund records, tax-related information, and necessary transaction identifiers returned by payment processors. Full card numbers and other complete payment credentials are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Terms-acceptance records: whether you accepted the terms, the terms version, the time of acceptance, confirmation of service-availability requirements, and related audit information.
- Usage and quota metadata: feature or model selection, API key identifiers, request time, request status, quota consumption, points changes, subscription entitlements, rate-limit status, error codes, and quality metrics.
- Technical and device data: IP address, region inferred from IP, User-Agent, browser type, device information, operating system, referrer, access time, session identifiers, cookies, and similar data.
- Risk and security logs: unusual logins, unusual calls, suspected abuse, payment risk, chargeback risk, API-key leak risk, service-region risk, and security-event logs.
- Support materials: text, screenshots, files, request examples, output examples, and communication records that you submit when contacting support, requesting a refund, sending feedback, resolving a billing dispute, or troubleshooting.
2. Prompts, completions, and user content#
By default, AIGoCode does not keep complete user prompts, completions, code snippets, or generated content as long-term business records. To complete a request, provide model capabilities, prevent abuse, debug errors, or meet legal obligations, that content may be processed temporarily during transmission, processing, short-term caching, or handling by third-party AI/API providers. Unless you submit it to support, tickets, email, or feedback channels, we do not keep complete prompts, completions, code snippets, or generated content as long-term business records. If you send prompts, completions, screenshots, files, or request examples to support, email, tickets, or feedback channels, we may use those materials for support, troubleshooting, risk control, dispute handling, and service improvement.

4. How we share information#
We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information in these cases:

5. Cookies and similar technologies#
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze usage patterns, and support basic site functions. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may break some features.
6. Data retention#
We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, enforce policies, and meet tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Accounts, orders, invoices, terms-acceptance records, refund records, risk logs, and security logs may have different retention periods. When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict access under internal rules.
7. Data security#
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No network transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. You should also protect your account, password, login sessions, and API keys, and tell us promptly about any suspected leak or unauthorized use.
8. Cross-border processing#
Our operating entity is in the United States. To provide the service, your information may be accessed, stored, or processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our third-party providers, AI/API providers, cloud providers, or payment processors operate. Data-protection rules in those jurisdictions may differ from those where you live. By using the service, you understand and agree to the cross-border processing needed to provide it.
9. Your choices and rights#
Depending on the law that applies where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of some personal information, and you may close your account. We may need to verify your identity, and we may refuse requests that are clearly repetitive, cannot be verified, affect others' rights, interfere with a security investigation, or that we must keep under the law. To exercise these rights, email support@aigocode.com.
10. Third-party links and services#
The service may include third-party websites, payment pages, model services, support tools, or integrations. Those services are governed by their own policies. Read their privacy policies and terms before using them.
11. Minors#
This service is for users who can enter a valid contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors in violation of applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details in this policy.
12. Policy updates#
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes we will publish the updated version on this page and change the last-updated date at the top. For important updates that affect terms acceptance, data categories, or processing methods, we may ask you to confirm again before you continue using the service.
